Refund and Returns Policy
1. Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh bakery goods, cakes, and desserts, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been accepted and dispatched or collected.
2. Order Cancellations
- Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time by calling +971 55 360 0100.
- Custom & Event Cakes: Cancellations for custom orders must be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please follow these steps immediately:
- Contact customer support at +971 55 360 0100 or email info@al-kubaisigroup.com within 2 hours of receipt.
- Provide your order number along with clear photo/video evidence of the product and packaging.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method used during checkout.
- Credit card and debit card refunds typically take 5 to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies in the UAE.
