Fresh Pastries in Dubai, Sweet and Savory
Our range of pastries in Dubai is short: one sweet and two savory. We’d rather make three things well than fill the counter with a dozen that taste alike.
We bake everything in our own kitchens, and our fresh pastries taste best the day they’re made, so we bake them that day. You can pick them up from a branch or have them brought to your door. Our pastry delivery in Dubai covers the whole city, and we deliver across the rest of the UAE too. Here’s what’s on the menu.
The Babka Family Pack
Start with the babka, because most people do. It’s our homemade brioche, soft and a little rich from the butter, twisted around a dark chocolate filling so every slice shows a swirl. When you pull a piece off, it comes away in layers, and the chocolate goes with it.
The Family Pack comes with white chocolate sauce on the side. Some people pour it over the top. Others dip. Nobody has told us they skipped it. It’s a good weekend breakfast, and it works just as well at four in the afternoon with a cup of coffee. If you prefer it warm, a few seconds in the microwave softens the chocolate again.
The Logma Tray
Logma means “a bite” in Arabic, and that’s the size of these. They’re cube-shaped croissants, crisp on the outside with buttery layers inside, each filled with a savory center. Every tray has five flavors, so there’s a bit of everything:
Tomato and cheese is the easy one, and a good place to start. The cheesy wine leaves version uses grape leaves, the kind you’d find wrapped around rice at a family lunch, baked with melted cheese. Halloumi with honey is sweet and salty in the same bite. Chipotle mushroom chicken has a gentle smoky heat. And the meat in rich, creamy sauce is the most filling of the five, so it’s usually the first to go when there are hungry teenagers in the house.
Put a tray out for guests, and you won’t need much else. Most people reach for a second before they’ve finished the first.
The Yamaha Tray
This one’s a sandwich platter, built to feed a group with minimal effort on your part. It comes with four fillings: butter chicken, saffron chicken, malai chicken (mild and creamy, marinated in cream and spices), and halloumi cheese for anyone who doesn’t eat meat.
We see it ordered for office lunches, study sessions, family visits, and those evenings when relatives drop by without warning, and you need something on the table in half an hour. Pair it with the Logma Tray, and you’ve basically catered the afternoon.
