Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cake Al Taybeen, we take great pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted cakes, pastries, and artisanal baked goods directly to your doorstep across the United Arab Emirates. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.

1. Delivery Coverage Areas

We provide local direct delivery across all major emirates where our branches operate, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Standard Delivery Zone: Major urban areas within city limits across all Emirates.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to extended or remote locations may require additional dispatch time or custom scheduling. Contact us prior to placing an order if you are located outside city limits.

2. Delivery Timings & Dispatch

To ensure maximum freshness, all items are baked daily and dispatched in temperature-controlled delivery vehicles:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (subject to item availability and branch workload).
  • Scheduled Delivery: You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout.
  • Custom & Celebration Cakes: Customized cakes and bulk orders require a minimum notice of 24 to 48 hours.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from the nearest Cake Al Taybeen branch:

  • Standard Local Delivery: Delivery charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Store Pickup (Click & Collect): FREE across all Cake Al Taybeen retail branches. You can choose to collect your order directly from your preferred store location during checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Status

Once your order is processed and dispatched from our local branch or kitchen, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp with delivery status updates. Our driver may contact you upon arrival at your specified delivery location.

5. Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery

Because our cakes and baked goods are perishable food items:

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.
  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If there are any issues with your order, notify our delivery driver or contact customer service within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Once delivered, cakes and cream-based pastries must be stored in appropriate refrigeration immediately.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our driver is unable to reach you or access the delivery address (e.g., incorrect contact details, no answer at the door, restricted access), the driver will attempt to contact you up to 2 times. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to the nearest branch. Re-delivery requests may incur an additional delivery fee.
